Overview: By participating in the Joyfolie Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Joyfolie Affiliate Program allows you to earn commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

Eligibility: To participate in the Joyfolie Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address. Joyfolie reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason.

Commission: Joyfolie will pay a commission on all sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. Any unpaid commission will be carried over to the next month.

Promotion: You may promote Joyfolie products through your website, blog, social media channels, or other means. However, affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded search terms on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Any violation of this policy, including bidding on branded search terms, will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account without warning. Additionally, you may not use spam or any other unethical means to promote Joyfolie products. Joyfolie reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if you engage in any unethical or illegal promotion.

Intellectual Property: You may use Joyfolie's logos, product images, and other marketing materials to promote Joyfolie products. However, you may not modify any of Joyfolie's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Liability: Joyfolie is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from your participation in the Joyfolie Affiliate Program.

Termination: Joyfolie may terminate your participation in the Joyfolie Affiliate Program at any time for any reason.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Joyfolie reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, USA.
